01What the website collects

Nothing. There is no contact form, no account and no newsletter box on this site. We do not set cookies and we do not run any analytics or advertising tracker, so we cannot see who visited, what you read or how long you stayed.

Your browser stores one small value while you are on the site, used only to play the page transition when you move between pages. It clears itself and never leaves your device.

02Other companies involved

Parts of the page are loaded from other companies' servers. When your browser fetches them, those companies can see your IP address and basic device details, the same as any website you visit. We do not receive that data and cannot link it to you.

• Google Maps serves the embedded map on the contact section, and only once you tap it to load.

03Booking information you send us

Bookings happen over WhatsApp, so what we hold is whatever you write in that chat. In practice that is your name, your phone number and the slot you want.

We use it to hold your court, confirm the time and call you if something changes. If your team is on the leaderboard we also publish your team name and captain name on the standings page. We do not sell your details, we do not pass them to advertisers, and we do not add you to marketing lists without you asking.

The WhatsApp chat itself sits on Meta's servers and is covered by their privacy terms, not ours.

04Keeping and deleting it

Booking chats stay on the arena phone for as long as we need them for records and disputes. Ask us and we will delete your chat and remove your name from the standings. Message us on WhatsApp or call the arena number below and it gets done.

05Children

Kids play here often, and that is the point. Bookings for anyone under 18 should be made by a parent or guardian, and we deal with that adult for anything to do with the booking.

06Changes to this page

If we add anything that does collect data, analytics for example, this page gets updated first and the date at the top changes with it.

07Contact

Questions about your information, or want it deleted? Reach the arena directly.

This policy is governed by the laws of Pakistan, with the courts at Lahore having jurisdiction.
