Cancellation & Refund Policy

One rule runs this whole page. When you cancel a booked slot, we try to give it to another team. If someone takes it, you get your money back. If the slot stays empty, we cannot refund it.
Slot resold, refund paid. Slot empty, no refund. Nothing to argue about, and nothing hidden in the small print.
01Why it works this way
A court booked at 10 PM on a Saturday is a court we turned other teams away from. Once your slot is held, that hour is off the board. If we can fill it again, we have lost nothing and you should have your money back. If it sits empty, the cost is already spent.
02How to cancel
Message the arena on WhatsApp or call the number below. Tell us the date and time you booked. The earlier you tell us, the better the chance we fill the slot, so call the moment you know.
A cancellation only counts once we reply and confirm it. A message that you sent but we never answered is worth chasing with a call.
03How much comes back
The full amount you paid for the slot, with no cancellation fee or handling charge deducted.
If only part of your booking sells, you get the part that sold. Book two hours, cancel both, another team takes one of them, you get one hour refunded and the other stands.
04When you hear back
We keep offering your cancelled slot right up to its start time, so the answer is only final once that time passes. After that we confirm the outcome and pay any refund within 3 working days.
Money goes back the way it came, cash or bank transfer. If you would rather hold it as credit toward your next booking, say so and we will keep it on your name instead.
05No-shows
If you do not turn up and never told us, the booking is charged in full. Without a cancellation we had no chance to offer the slot to anyone else, so there is nothing to resell and no refund to make.
06Reschedules
Moving a slot is not a cancellation. If the time you want is free, we will shift your booking across and nothing changes about the money. Weekend prime time fills early, so ask soon.
07When we cancel
If the arena cannot host your slot, a power failure, a floodlight down, anything on our side, you choose: a full refund with no conditions, or the same slot on another day. The resale rule does not apply when the fault is ours.
